Religious Education Intergenerationals
Intergenationals foster a sense of community through events and programs throughout the year that build and grow our parish family. Each student in the religious education program must attend a certain number of intergentational events to fullfill their RE yearly requirements.
The “Intergenerational Participation” requirement is not unique to this parish. We wish there to be flexibility for families so we provide various options for all of our Religious Education families in the summer and/or fall programs.
Events and activities. that are scheduled during the course of the year will be announced in the weekly bulletin.
Intergenationals that occur throughout the year include:
- Spring/Fall Clean-Up
- Halloween Halls
- Thanksgiving Food Drive
- Advent/Lent Penance and Reconciliation
- Easter Egg Hunt
- May Crowning of the Blessed Virgin Mary
- Grandparent's Day Mass and Breakfast
- Ash Wednesday Service and Craft
