Fr. Jeff was ordained 16 May 1991, by John Charles Reiss, Eighth Bishop of Trenton, Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Assumption, Trenton.

Fr. Jeff holds several degrees: a Bachelor of Arts (BA) History [Concentration: American Diplomatic History], Master of Divinity (MDiv), Master of Arts (MA) Catholic Thought and Life [Philosophy and Theology] all from St. Meinrad School of Theology, St. Meinrad, Indiana; and Master of Theology (ThM) History/Ecumenics & Missiology-Princeton Theological Seminary, Princeton, NJ.

His ministerial service is extensive and diverse with highlights as Pastor of his childhood church, The Church of Saint Joachim, Trenton, New Jersey. His responsibility grew in 2005 as he was appointed Founding Pastor, Our Lady of the Angels Parish [formed through the merging of Immaculate Conception Parish 1875 and Saint Joachim Parish 1901].
